	2006.09.22  00.52 so last weekend i had an aikido seminar, it was nice to work with alot of black belts vary good to learn from. i tested for my first rank, stressful but i felt confident. yay me i passed. so after the first days seminar we all went for dinner at some chinese place had great food. it was about 10 dishes over 30 min or so, it was an odd dinner, the Technical Director (hes the one who has power to promote people in the ranks aka he runs the show in canada) for Canadian aikido Federatoin Sensei Kawahara (7th dan) was at my table so it was edict overload mode, interesting to see the traditional side of things. 	2006.09.14  13.37 whats new, they had me doing graveyards at 7-11 but it was fucking with my body too much so im not doin them anymore, we came to an arrangement. last weekend i went to a retreat with my dojo, Martial arts all day then drinking alot of beer at night, it was fun, me and a few other guys were smoking pot when everyone was drinking and my sensi came by hung out didnt care that we were smokin so thats kewl. my body hurt for 3 days after the retreat. i found the meditation classes vary enlightening. all the guys in my cabin came to the conclusion after much talk that the word Blowjob should be changed to SuckMission. 	2006.05.29  02.40 fuck its been quite the month. so i moved into my new place, its a nice house , Big back year, nice big room, so theres 4 of us moving in my good friend gideon and his cousin/his wife,i've known them along time too, so about mid-end way into the month, no warning,, his cousin tells us his wife is knocked up and there gonna move out, so that kinda fucked us over, pissed us off so on, un needed stress,, so well now we have found some else to move in, so were gonna stay thats fuckin wicked, things are better, Fla is playing van in july, that should be good, the new Mike Patton project Peeping tom is fuckin awesome, a ton of guests on this album, odd nosdam,rahzel,dan the automator,amon tobin,kool keith,jel, massive attack, bebel gilberto, kid koala, dose one, norah jones and dub trio. the albums a fucked mix of hip-hop/rock/pop/other, mikes voice is one of the best out there, Mood: cheerful Music: Peeping Tom - how_u_feelin(feat. doseone)

	2005.12.23  12.34 Its almost the end of another year, this has been one of the best years i've had in awhile, Taking Aikido has been wicked, i feel in good shape, i've read a lot at work and that has been great. Music's been really good this year, One of the best years for interesting and amazing IDM. in the new year i plan to start meditating more often and practicing more internal alchemy, plus im putting work into my next tattoo, i think i know the artist i want to work with and most of the details of what i want. 	2005.12.16  11.39 what i've been up to, Reading a lot about alchemy, its a vary interesting subject .there are quite a few things im interested in trying. Everyone should check out these albums, Wisp-NRTHNDR, chilled idm and skilled programing, its one of the best albums i've heard this year, every single note seems perfectly planned on this one, so fucking wicked. 	2005.11.19  12.05 Some things to check out Edge Of Dawn-The Flight (Lux)-EP, its a new project with Frank (seabound)on vocals, and its fuckin wicked. 	2005.10.12  14.54 First post about me in along time, what i've been up to: working at a gas station not a bad job i meet and talk with fucked up people all day, i get to listen to music i choose, most of the time its amon tobin, in the nursery or something else classical or jazzy. i also read a lot at my job, right now i'm reading a book on shinto, its a vary interesting belief i really like it makes alot of sense, i started taking Aikido and thats so fun. its really helping me focus my mind and train my body. fuck this song is beautiful... life is good, really fuckin good..
